• Checks stowage plan with M/F(Manifest) before commencement of work. If there is any difference between stowage plan and M/F, it is informed to a shipping company.
• Receives Container Loading List (CLL) from a shipping company, and prepares stowage plan.
• Checks the information of discharging port, reefer/refrigerated container, special container, etc, according to the list, and let the loading work start according to stowage plan.
• Arrangement of Tallymen on Board: Senior tallyman(1), clerk(3), tallyman per crane (3)

Tallyman: Deck Worker

• Pre-arrangement of Work: Stowage plan is checked with M/F.
• If there is any difference between stowage plan and M/F, it is informed to a shipping company.
• Receiving Container Loading List (CLL) from a shipping company, and preparing stowage plan.
• Checks the information of discharging port, reefer/refrigerated container, special container, etc, according to the list, and let the loading work start according to stowage plan.
• Arrangement of tallymen: Senior tallyman(1), clerk(3), tallyman per crane (3)

Tallyman: Shore Worker

• Checking and recording container number and seal number (Preparing tally sheet)
• In case of being not sealed: Resealing work in the present of customs' official.
• Checking the damage of container, and taking temporary measures to it.
• Preparing PDA and tally sheet.
• Electronic sealing for control cargo (Korea Customs Service)

Senior Tallyman & Clerk

• Checking stowage plan with M/F before commencement of work.
• Checking tally sheet (prepared by tallyman) with M/F.
• If there is anything wrong or abnormal found from discharging work, it is informed to a shipping company and transferred to Customs in the form of EDI.
• Preparing Container Damage Report (Signed by chief officer)
• Preparing reefer/refrigerated container list
• Transferring tally report to Ministry of Oceans & Fisheries
