Bulk Tally Service

Bulk Tally Service (Import)
- Receiving document about unloading and M/F from a shipping company.
- Informing tallymen assigned to each hatch of what is specified in stowage plan (including cargo that require special attention, and classification of cargo for each shipper, etc)
- If there is anything wrong or abnormal about cargo while conducting work, it is informed to a shipping company, and necessary measures are taken by the instructions of a shipping company.
Tallyman
- Checking and recording mark, quantity, packaging condition/unit, etc (Preparing tally sheet).
- Checking if there is any damage to cargo (This shall be clearly done before and while conducting work.
- Recording cargo handling progress for each hatch.
Clerk
- Drawing up document with tally sheet prepared by a tally man on board.
- Submitting the document to a shipping company and other related companies.
- If there is excess or shortage of cargo, or if there is anything wrong/abnormal found from discharging, it is reported to Customs in the form of EDI.
Senior Tallyman
- Collaborating in the progress of work with on-the-site supervisor and a manager in charge from a stevedoring company.
- Reporting Daily Unloading Quantity to a shipping company.
- Making a final review on tally document prepared by a clerk at the end of work.
Bulk Tally Service (export)
- Checking the cargo that has been loaded at other port(s), and tallying cargo for each hatch according to Shipping Order(S/O) and Stowage Plan.
- If cargo specified in shipping document differs from cargo to be tallied, it is informed to a shipping company for decision of loading/unloading.
- Checking the condition of cargo that is placed at loading port.
Tallyman
- Tallying cargo to be loaded according to S/O and Stowage Plan.
- Checking if there is damage of cargo (This shall be clearly done before and while conducting work).
- Checking Work Progress Time for each hatch.
- The process of tally service is the same as discharging work
Clerk
- Checking S/O with Export Licence.
- The preparation of tally document is the same as discharging work (But, Hatch List is to be separately made).
Senior Tallyman
- Drawing up Stowage Plan according to tally sheet prepared by a tallyman for each hatch. (Stowage plan includes discharging port, and number/kinds/weight of cargo, etc)
- The progress of work is the same as discharging work.
