Tallyman

• Checking information such as discharging port, kind of automobile, nation, code, automobile's number, existence of damage, etc.
• Drawing up Block Stowage Plan (for each hatch and deck)
• Drawing up tally sheet (for each hatch and deck)
• Drawing up gate tally (for each hatch and deck)

Clerk

• Drawing up document, based on tally paper by a tallyman, and submitting it to a shipping company and other related companies.

Senior Tallyman &Clerk

• Drawing up Master Stowage Plan based on tallyman's Block Stowage Plan.
• Drawing up Daily Report and Automobile Loading Summary, and submitting them to this vessel and a shipping company.
• Making a final review on tally document prepared by a clerk at the end of work, and submitting it to relevant department of this Company.
