CFS Import Tally Service

• A shipping company is in charge of classifying and assigning loaded cargo according to M/F.
• A stevedoring company carries the above assigned cargo by what is to be directly delivered and what is to be placed at CFS.
• For cargo to be placed at CFS, M/F, container number and sealing number are checked in the presence of warehouse operator and tallyman before opening it.
• Cargo is selectively tallied according to M/F. After checking cargo condition and if there is anything wrong or abnormal, the result is recorded in tally sheet. All relevant document to certify these procedures are stored or issued at the request of a shipping company or a shipper.
• If there is any loss of cargo or unlisted cargo, it is immediately informed to a shipping company and Customs, and necessary measures are taken by the instructions therefrom.

CFS Export Tally Service

• A shipping company carries the export cargo (booked by a shipper) to a bonded shed designated by a shipping company.
• An operator of bonded shed checks the cargo with shipping document, and warehouses the cargo as to a shipper and a port.
• Warehoused cargo for export is stuffed into container, in the presence of warehouse manager and tallyman, according to ship schedule.
• Tallyman checks the export cargo with all relevant document, and checks the condition of container, including number of cargo, port, packaging unit, etc, and draws up tally sheet according to the container stuffing. Container stuffing considers the cargo arrangement, including the existence of cargo consolidation, according to its weight.
• After drawing up all relevant document to certify these work procedures on the basis of tally sheet, they are stored or issued at the request of a shipping company or a shipper.
